Abstract:This research was conducted to estimate the dietary exposure of trichothescene type A mycotoxins (T-2 and HT-2 toxin) and to assess the related risk for the Korean populations from the intake of cereals. The deterministic approach was used to estimate the dietary exposure. The amounts of trichothescene type A mycotoxins in 115 samples of cereals were determined by LC-MS/MS.
