Newly-found paintings by Isaac Moillon.
The work of Isaac Moillon, the parisian painter, is emerging since about a quarter of a century. Increasing discoveries during the recent years allow to start to outline the original personality of this artist. His uncommon style, still strongly marked by mannerism, is characterized by a very distinctive sense of composition as regards both religious and secular painting. New works have recently been identified in Burgundy, Auvergne and Limousin.
