Abstract:IntroductionDespite the Veterans Health Administration (VA) efforts to become a learning health system (LHS) and high‐reliability organization (HRO), interventions to build supportive learning environments within teams are not reliably implemented, contributing to high levels of burnout, turnover, and variation in care.
