Abstract:Technology adoption concept refers to a complicated process covering people, technology and the implementation context. In this paper, we (1) review some of the most reliable technology acceptance models such as Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and its recent versionsTAM2 and 3; (2) review their constructs, and finally (3) discuss differences of those models.
