The importance of entrepreneurship to a nation development is unneglectable. Malaysian government has carried out various supporting activities to promote entrepreneurial activities in the country. However, the results were less embracing, especially among the young adults. As such, understanding of what influence young adults' intention towards entrepreneurship is important in the effort of entrepreneurship development. This study was carried out to address the university students' level of entrepreneurial intention and the influence of individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) on entrepreneurial intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 176 undergraduate students from a public university with "entrepreneurial university" status. The results indicated that university students demonstrated intention towards entrepreneurship and were quite positive towards becoming entrepreneurs. In addition, university students' entrepreneurial intention was found to be positively affected by their quality of proactiveness and innovativeness. However, risk-taking ability was not an influential factor on entrepreneurial intention. Theoretically, this paper confirmed the importance of studying EO at the individual level. Practically, it suggested that higher learning institutions should pay careful attention in designing their entrepreneurship education curriculum. Specifically, the entrepreneurship training should focus on enhancing students IEO ability and increasing their entrepreneurial intention. Recommendations for future researchers have also been put forth at the end of this paper.

Family businesses represent 60-80% of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Slovenia and many of them are approaching the process of succession in the next 5-10 years. This process depends on the values of both founding and succeeding generations. The aim of our study is to investigate transgenerational differences in values, attitudes and behaviours of the founders and their successors (family memebrs). Our study has revealed quite a different structure of life-oriented values, while business-oriented values are similar among generations. Also, the attitudes towards different aspects of family and business are quite similar, although the succeeding generation expresses desire for more freedom in its decision to join the family business or not. While generally the transgenerational differences in values, attitudes and behaviors do not seem to hinder the succession process seriously, these differences have to be taken into account by family business advisors in order to properly structure the succession process to the benefit of all stakeholders.

This paper aims to study the Bandura's social cognitive learning theory as a basis for understanding the learning process of entrepreneurship to foster individuals'interest in entrepreneurship through family role model. Through this study are expected to be able to observe the behavior of entrepreneurship displayed by models, and can add insight and knowledge in the entrepreneurship field. Bandura's theory emphasizes the continuous reciprocal interaction between the factors of individuals' behavior (cognitive) and environmental influences in understanding social cognitive learning process. Therefore, learning in this theory is more aimed at observational learning and the process set of the four interrelated components: attentional processes, retention processes, motor reproduction processes, and motivational processes. The fourth component is the one used in the process of entrepreneurship learning to cultivate individuals' interest in entrepreneurship.
