Development and Evaluation of Korean Nurses’ Core Competency Scale (KNCCS)

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a Korean Nurses' Core Competency Scale (KNCCS). Methods: This methodological research was conducted over two major steps.
