Development and Evaluation of Recombinase Polymerase Amplification Assay for Diagnosis of Canine Leptospirosis

Abstract: Background: Canine Leptospirosis is a life-threatening disease and zoonosis. Usually, PCR assay is carried out for early diagnosis but requires a thermal cycler and post-PCR procedures.
