The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the impostor phenomenon (IP) and the academic behavior of stricto sensu postgraduate students in business area courses. Discussing the relationship between psychological variables and student academic behavior is a topic of interest as empirical evidence indicates that these variables affect the environment in which scientific research is developed. It is important to look for elements that help in understanding the IP in order to reduce its impacts on the performance, behavior, and feelings of students. Postgraduate students enrolled in stricto sensu courses may be refusing opportunities to advance in their professional careers and adopting behaviors that are discordant with those desired by universities because they feel like impostors in terms of their abilities. Besides the relevance of the relationships analyzed, this research also uses the Meurer and Costa Scale of Academic Behaviors - Stricto Sensu (MCSAB-SS), which can measure academic behaviors displayed in Brazilian postgraduate courses, enabling the development of new investigations into the topic. The population includes postgraduates enrolled in 2018 in academic master’s, professional master’s, and academic doctorate courses in administration, accounting, and economics, known as the business area. The data collection was operationalized via a survey carried out online, which obtained 1,816 valid participations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and the Spearman’s correlation. Higher levels of impostor feelings are positively associated with displays of counterproductive academic behaviors and are mostly negatively associated with academic citizenship behaviors. After identifying the IP in students, actions to minimize these feelings can be implemented, given that postgraduate students with the IP may not be engaging in the activities that permeate stricto sensu, thus damaging the climate and culture of cooperation needed in academia.

A teaching strategy known as an “e‐learning system” involves the use of electronic technology to encourage and assist learning in a classroom setting. According to the increasing rise in the number of pupils using modern communication technologies, alterations to the e‐learning system are now feasible. The study aims to explore the relationship between e‐learning adoption, attitude, and academic performance in the regulations of students' resistance to innovation from the perspective of Chinese students. Recognizing the mediating impact of e‐learning adoption (ELAD) as well as the regulating function of resistance to innovation (RTI) is crucial for completely comprehending how e‐learning attitude (ELAT) influences music student performance (SP). The objective of this study is to find an association between ELAT and students' performance and to find out the association between ELAD and students' performance. A random sampling technique was utilized quantitatively. Data were collected from 293 music education students in China using a questionnaire method. The study obtained data were analyzed through descriptive statistics using SPSS statistical software. The research was conducted in Chinese music educational institutions in Beijing. PLS‐SEM stands for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. It's a statistical method used for analyzing relationships between variables. Partial Least Squares (PLS) software is chosen for its versatility in handling complex relationships with small sample sizes. PLS is known for its ability to handle multicollinearity, making it a robust choice for research requiring accurate and stable predictions with limited data. The study analyzes the connection between music student performance and e‐learning attitude. The findings of the study indicate the regulating role of objections to innovation and the mediation effect of e‐learning adoption. The study suggests that a positive attitude toward e‐learning adoption enhances students' work performance. The findings underline the significance of ELAT and ELAD and offer useful policies for improving students' performance.

Introduction. The article deals with implementation of tasks of specialists’ training by universities. The relevance is determined by a dropout trends in training years. The authors analyze the results of the specialists’ training and graduation; also they determine the goal and objectives of the research. The study purpose is to identify specialists’ training patterns and to develop methods to optimize the students’ number in training years according to the final results. Materials and Methods. Results of training and graduates’ number for 2012-2017 comprised material for the study. An approach to provide management of assignment for higher education professionals training has been developed, and it is the students’ number optimization methodology in years of study according to the final results. It links initial and final results into one line and predicts intermediate results that ensure fulfillment of graduates’ training orders not lower than the established final results. The following general scientific methods are used in the article: compilation, benchmarking, synthesis and normative forecasting. Results. Optimization methodologies in years of education concerning the final results were tested. The findings showed that the final result directly depends on the intermediate results; the students’ number decline can be brought to optimal values if initial and final results are determined and linked with each other. Discussion and Conclusion. The possibility to bring students’ number reduction into line with optimal values is proved theoretically and practically if the forecast of graduation is provided. Thus the forecast of optimal intermediate results is the main link for educational management methods development for specialists’ training tasks. It is an area for further research. The contribution to science consists in the development of methods for predicting the optimal number of students in the year regarding to the final result. The article’s materials will be useful to the permanent composition of professional educational institutions for the development of measures tar geted control in the educational process.
