Abstract:A simple, reproducible and efficient reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for Lisinopril in bulk drug and formulation. A column having 150 × 4.6 mm in isocratic mode with mobile phase containing acetonitrile: phosphate buffer (70:30; adjusted to pH 3.0) was used.
