Development and validation of a nursing instrument for triage in occupational health services

Abstract: This study aimed to develop and validate an instrument for nursing triage in occupational health services (ICEST). Exploratory factor-analysis techniques were used to remove redundant or non-endorsed items and identify the factor structure of the ICEST.
