Abstract:A simple and reliable HPLC‐ultraviolet (HPLC‐UV) method was developed and validated for the quantification of pritelivir in the samples of medium from the experiments utilizing the ex vivo technique of dual perfusion of the human placental lobule. Phenacetin was used as an internal standard (IS) in our HPLC‐UV method.
