Abstract:This study aimed to develop and validate a headteachers' administrative style questionnaire (HASQ) to assess leadership practices. The questionnaire items were adapted from Northouse's 2014 work, encompassing three administrative styles: Autocratic, Democratic, and Laissez-Faire.
