Abstract: Aim To establish a novel lipid metabolism-related (LMR) prognostic model for gastric cancer (GC) and explore the potential mechanism of natriuretic peptide receptor-3 (NPR3) in the process of GC metastasis. Method LMR genes were identified from the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and mRNA expression profile were download from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database.
