Abstract: ABSTRAKMetode uji cepat imunodiagnostik untuk memastikan adanya cemaran komponen daging babi pada daging sapi dan daging ayam mentah telah berhasil dikembangkan pada penelitian ini. Prinsip pengembangan imunodiagnostik ini adalah dengan mengkonjugasikan koloid emas sebagai penanda dengan antibodi poliklonal IgG babi.
