The phylogenetic analysis affiliated the dominant bacteria to the genera of Lactobacillus, Selonomonas, Veillonella and Megasphaera, which belong to the phylum of Firmicutes, to Prevotella genus of the phylum of Bacteroidetes and to Atopobium and Bifidobacterium of the Actinobacteria phylum.…”
