Development of Adversity Quotient (AQ) index of pre-service teachers in Institute of Teacher Education (IPG)

Abstract: The study aims to develop the Adversity Quotient (AQ) index of pre-service teachers during practicum training. The study also has assessed psychometric characteristics using the Rasch model.
