Development of Alginate–Gum Arabic Beads for Targeted Delivery of Protein

Abstract: Controlled release beads were prepared by using the combination of alginate and gum Arabic through ionotropic gelation method. Bovine serum albumin was used as model protein for in vitro assessments.
