Abstract:BACKGROUND:
“Ayush Ahara” confluences advanced food technology with Ayurveda to develop dietary products rooted in traditional medicine. Here, Amla (Indian gooseberry), a medicinal fruit well-known for its health benefits, was used to develop a novel dietary product—Amla Nutri-bar (ANB).
