Abstract:A case of idiopathic eruptive macular pigmentation in a child demonstrates a variant of skin hyperpigmentation of uncertain etiology. We described an 11-year-old boy with light brown spots in the torso and limbs that developed against the background of normal skin without an established provoking factor.
