Abstract: Increasing influx of poorly water-soluble drugs poses a significant challenge to oral drug delivery. Conventional solubilization techniques such as solid dispersion and cyclodextrin inclusion, while capable of improving drug dissolution, suffer from a great predicament in subsequent formulation processing.
