Purpose: The majority of people in Aceh Province are Muslims, and the region strictly adheres to Sharia law, particularly in the halal products sector. With a focus on Aceh region, this study attempts to assess growth, obstacles, and solutions in the development of the halal business and halal goods in Indonesia.Design/Method/Approach: This study employed qualitative approaches to find material from secondary sources, including books, journals, and national statistics organizations, and to gather data.Findings: The provincial administration of Aceh has worked to establish the halal market and halal goods as an important economic driver.Originality/Values: The number of visits from visitors, particularly those from outside, is rising year after year, which reflects this expansion. The administration of Aceh province anticipates advantages from this research in the growth of the halal sector and halal goods.

Ekonomi merupakan aktifitas kegiatan manusia di muka bumi ini, sehingga kemudian timbul motif ekonomi, yaitu keinginan seseorang untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari orang cenderung menyamakan kebutuhan (needs) dengan keinginan (wants). Manusia hidup memerlukan tatanan hukum, dalam Islam Hukum itu bersumber dari al-Qur`an, al-Hadits, dan ijtihad, kemudian produk ijtihad adalah fikih. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Desa Gunug Megang terkait edukasi bermu`amalah dalam ekonomi Islam, agar masyarakat mengetahui hal tersebut secara komprehensif sehingga berimplikasi pada kegiatan bermuamalah secara benar sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi syari`ah. Metode yang digunakan dalam program PKM ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan interaksi. Kegiatan PKM tentang edukasi berMu’amalah dalam ekonomi Islam di Gunug Megang secara teknis telah berhasil di laksanakan. Masyarakat Desa Gunug Megang sudah mengetahui terkait edukasi Mu’amalah dalam ekonomi Islam baik mu`amalah al-Iqtishady maupun mu`amalah al-Maliyah dengan benar. Sehingga diharapkan kegiatan bermu`amalah masyarakat Desa Gunug Megang sudah ada yang sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi Islam dan ada beberapa yang tidak sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi Islam yaitu adanya beberapa takaran yang kurang pas saat melakukan muamalah salah satunya yaitu jual beli kopi basah dan jual beli padi basah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya ketidak disimplinnya para penjual dan pembeli di sebabkan terkendalanya cuaca ektrim.

Indonesia possesses significant and diverse potential in local food production. The diversity has created ideal conditions for the production of a wide variety of local foods rich in flavors and nutritional value. This research aims to assess the extent of product development and innovation by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Central Java, Indonesia, in responding to market challenges in producing locally-inspired food products. The research method involved a survey of 50 MSMEs producing local food products in five districts of Central Java, namely Grobogan, Banyumas, Semarang, Sragen, and Wonosobo, with 10 MSMEs sampled from each district using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted descriptively and through a literature review. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs have a high ability to create various locally-sourced food products, modify food products, believe in the originality of their products, and make efforts to brand the products they produce. Furthermore, the research also reveals a high level of innovation in marketing strategies carried out by MSMEs, including their ability to try new things in product marketing, openness to new marketing ideas, continuous product improvement, and the development of new product models.
