Development of Monitoring System for Scholar Data in the Ministry of Health Timor-Leste

Abstract: The objective of this study is to develop the monitoring system of scholarship data in the Ministry of Health Timor-Leste to facilitate monitoring activities of the Timorese students within the country or abroad. And also, how to know when the scholars complete their studies and the cost which has been spent each year.
