Development of New Bio Formulations using Spray Drying Technology

Abstract: Spray drying technology is often used as an encapsulation technique by the food and microbe mediated industries. Encapsulation of microorganisms in a polymer matrix as immobilized microbial cells would facilitate such novel formulation.
