Development of Public Key Cryptographic Algorithm Using Matrix Pattern for Tele-Ultrasound Applications

Abstract: A novel public key cryptographic algorithm using a matrix pattern is developed to improve encrypting strength. Compared to the Rivest–Sharmir–Adleman (RSA) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) algorithms, our proposed algorithm has superior encrypting strength due to several unknown quantities and one additional sub-equation during the encrypting process. Our proposed algorithm also provides a faster encoding/decoding speed when the patient’s images for tele-ultrasound applications are transmitted/received, c… Show more

“…Table 3 shows the result of interpolating 11 data points using the Padé approximation as shown in Table 2, assuming the first lens group moves linearly in the optical system, as shown in Figure 5. The rotational movement of the zoom ring is converted into a linear movement of the lens group by the cam [31][32][33][34]. Typically, the products rotate the ring to change the field of view.…”

“…There are always errors between the experimental results and theoretical analysis under a high-voltage and high-current test environment [ 64 ]. The signal distortions that are present during the amplifier design in a high-voltage and high-current environment make it difficult to accurately predict the performance of the amplifiers [ 65 , 66 , 67 , 68 ]. In addition, the output performance of the amplifier in the experiments may fluctuate widely owing to external environmental factors such as the heat and power level parameters [ 41 , 57 , 69 ].…”

“…Optimization must be performed to achieve the desirable resolution from the primary design approximation that was previously obtained [19,20]. The optical design software (CodeV, Synopsys, Mountain View, CA, USA), is used for the optimization.…”
