Development of quality metrics for ambulatory pediatric cardiology: Infection prevention

Abstract: The lack of convincing data to guide quality improvement initiatives in pediatric cardiology is widespread, particularly in infection prevention. Despite this, three metrics were able to be developed for use in the ACC's quality efforts for ambulatory practice.
