Abstract:The current paper introduces the Twin ANthropogenic Greenhouse Gas Observers (TANGO) instruments and mission. The purpose of TANGO is monitoring and quantifying greenhouse gas emissions, with a focus on characterizing emission sources down to the level of individual facilities.
