Our researches (Kuimov, 2019;Kuimov, et al, 2020) show that the interactions of participants in business ecosystems are characterized as interpenetration and harmonization through the simultaneous action on the digital platform of producers, consumers, intermediaries and are carried out on the basis of recognition of common goals, cooperation of resources, while maintaining the independence and leadership of the participants, observing voluntary connectivity and interaction with government and public structures, based on the use of information technology and communications, including social networks.
