Development of the universal model of mechatronic system with a hydraulic drive

Abstract

Зростаючi вимоги до продуктивностi мехатронних систем з гiдравлiчним приводом активних робочих органiв самохiдних машин вимагають застосування нових пiдходiв в процесi розробки та проектування. Функцiональнi параметри мехатронних систем залежать вiд рацiонального вибору режимiв роботи гiдравлiчної системи та конструктивного виконання мехатронних модулiв цих систем. Якiсть мехатронної системи з гiдравлiчним приводом в бiльшiй мiрi визначається динамiчними характеристиками. Для полiпшення динамiчних характеристик запропонована унiверсальна модель, яка описує динамiчнi i статичнi процеси, що вiдбуваються в елементах мехатронної системи. Насос, гiдромотор, запобiжний клапан та робоча рiдина розглянутi у взаємозв'язку, як єдине цiле. Унiверсальна модель враховує особливостi функцiонування i взаємний вплив всiх елементiв мехатронної системи, а також особливостi робочої рiдини та може бути використана з будь-якими гiдромашинами об'ємної дiї. Дослiдження динамiки змiни функцiональних параметрiв мехатронної системи з гiдравлiчним приводом здiйснювалося на чотирьох етапах роботи: розгiн гiдроприводу (спрацювання запобiжного клапана); закриття клапана; завершення розгону; сталий режим роботи. Проведеними дослiдженнями встановлено, що при пуску гiдроприводу мехатронної системи з моменту спрацьовування запобiжного клапана i до його закриття умови експлуатацiї не впливають на змiну функцiональних параметрiв. При сталому режимi роботи спостерiгаються пульсацiї, викликанi нерiвномiрнiстю подачi насоса i коливаннями навантаження. Також необхiдно вiдзначити, що мехатронна система з гiдромотором, який має бiльший робочий об'єм, має кращi динамiчнi характеристики, нiж система з гiдромотором меншого об'єму Ключовi слова: мехатронна система з гiдравлiчним приводом, унiверсальна модель, функцiональнi параметри, динамiчнi характеристики
