Developmental Assets and Healthy Lifestyles among Spanish Youth

Abstract: Developmental assets may be defined as the internal and external resources within an individual's social ecology that predict positive outcomes. The present work aimed to examine the relationship between developmental assets and healthy lifestyles among Spanish youth.
