Abstract: Rhumk. -Une revue retrospective gknkrale et quelques progres recents des dispositifs mettant en cruvre des composes ternaires 11-IV-V2 et I-111-V12 a structure chalcopyrite sont presentts.L'accent principal est mis sur les dispositifs optotlectroniques.
