Dexamethasone Has a Central Antiemetic Mechanism in Decerebrated Cats

Abstract: Dexamethasone is an effective antiemetic drug, but its mechanism of action is unclear. We designed this study to investigate the direct antiemetic action of dexamethasone in the medulla of cats.
