Dexmedetomidine in the Program of Multimodal Low-opioid Anesthesia During Laparoscopic Surgery in Urology

Abstract: Dexmedetomidine, a highly selective α2-adrenergic agonist, has become a valuable component of low-opioid multimodal anesthesia, providing sedative, anxiolytic and analgesic effects.
