Abstract:Glioma is the most frequent primary intracranial tumor worldwide. Dexmedetomidine is an efficient anesthetic used in surgery and has an impact on glioma. Yet, the mechanism of dexmedetomidine on the biological characteristics of glioma cells is unknown.
