Abstract: Moebius syndrome (MBS) is a rare congenital nonprogressive neuromuscular disorder characterized by partial or complete, unilateral or bilateral paralysis of the facial (VII) and abducens (VI) cranial nerves (CNs). In this syndrome bilateral facial palsy may occur with the involvement of VII CN and impaired eye movements can be there because of the involvement of VI CN.
