Diagnosis and Management of Coagulopathy-Related Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract: Coagulopathy, defined as impaired clot formation, is common in intensive care units (ICUs). Many physiological derangements lead to dysfunctional hemostasis in the ICU; most of these are acquired rather than congenital.
