Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), being an autoimmune disease with multisystem manifestations, poses significant challenges for women of reproductive age since infertility and increased risk of fetus loss reduce reproductive capacity. Furthermore, SLE seems to be associated with higher cancer probabilities of vulvar and vaginal cancers, as well as non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and lung cancer.
