Diagnosis and Management of Ileocolic Pseudoaneurysms

Abstract: Ileocolic pseudoaneurysmal disease is a rare splanchnic aneurysm that affects 3 out of 100 000 patients, and only 7 cases have been described in the past 40 years in patients without preexisting connective tissue disorders. Abdominal pain is the most common presenting symptom and nearly 30% of patients present with hemorrhage.
