Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Necrotizing Fasciitis: A Systematic Review of the Literature

Abstract: Pediatric necrotizing fasciitis (NF) is a rare but severe, life-threatening infection. Early diagnosis is crucial to reduce morbidity and mortality, but initial symptoms are nonspecific.
