Diagnosis Documentation of Critically Ill Children at Admission to a PICU*

Abstract: OBJECTIVES:Multidisciplinary PICU teams must effectively share information while caring for critically ill children. Clinical documentation helps clinicians develop a shared understanding of the patient's diagnosis, which informs decision-making.
