Abstract: Introduction. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic heart failure (CHF) frequently co-occur in clinical practice, presenting challenges in differential diagnosis due to shared risk factors, an adverse comorbid landscape, and nonspecific symptoms.
