Abstract:Background: Tuberculosis is still a public health problem in the third world. The peritoneal localization is common even in pediatric patients. The macroscopics aspects of the peritoneal and/or intestine granulations are pathognomonic. However, its diagnosis by an inguinal hernia is exceptional.
