Abstract:Loss of consciousness during delivery by cesarean section under spinal
anesthesia is a rare but potentially serious complication. We report a
case of a pregnant woman with unicuspid aortic valve, which was
incidentally diagnosed during an aortic valve replacement after
transient loss of consciousness during cesarean section.
