Abstract:The Score for Trauma Triage in the Geriatric and Middle-Aged (STTGMA) is a risk stratification tool. We evaluated the STTGMA's accuracy in predicting 30-day mortality and the odds of unfavorable clinical trajectories among crash-related trauma patients.
