Abstract: Objectives: The present study was carried out to evaluate diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound (US) in delineating various rotator cuff and associated non rotator cuff pathologies (RCPs) of shoulder joint compared to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
