Diagnostic challenges in postoperative intra-abdominal sepsis in critically ill patients: When to reoperate?

Abstract: The present paper was done to review common diagnostic techniques used to help surgeons find the most suitable way to diagnose postoperative intra-abdominal sepsis (IAS).
