Diagnostic Difficulties of Cogan Syndrome

Abstract: Cogan's syndrome (CS) is a very rare disorder of unknown origin characterised by inflammatory eye disease and vestibuloauditory symptoms. According to the International Chapel Hill Consensus Conference Nomenclature of Vasculitides, CS is defined as "variable vessel vasculitis".
