Diagnostic Issues in Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Abstract: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) in children includes a spectrum of respiratory disorders with significant morbidities. Diagnosis of OSAS is based on clinical suspicion, history, and physical findings, and confirmation is made by polysomnography.
