Abstract:Hepatic encephalopathy (HE) is a serious complication of the hepatobiliary region. One of the main consequences of the pathology is dysfunction of the brain. Diagnosis of this condition can be challenging due to the variety of clinical manifestations and severity. The key to preventing the HE progression and improving the patient’s quality of life is diagnosis in the early stages of the disease.
