Diagnostic Usefulness of Intraoperative Ultrasonography in Avoiding Unnecessary Para-Aortic Lymphadenectomy in Women With Endometrial Carcinoma

Abstract: Intraoperative ultrasonography is the most efficient method for avoiding both unnecessary para-aortic lymphadenectomy and missed para-aortic node metastases in women with endometrial carcinoma.
