Abstract:Objective
To exploit the combination diagnostic performance of serum microRNA-134-5p (miR-134-5p) and color Doppler ultrasound in patients with endometriosis patients.
Methods
Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis was applied to measure relative abundance of miR-134-5p in serum of patients with endometriosis and gynecological benign diseases.
